Vision of Healthcare Provided by Generational Care, LLC
My vision for Generational Care, LLC is to take care of patients how I would want my family taken care of.
I want to be able to take the time to listen to my patients without office management being concerned that a visit was too long. I want to help my patients navigate their health insurance to make sure they get the care they need. I want to provide them with community resources, when needed, to help with medicine costs or getting access to healthy food. I want to give them the tools to stay healthy or improve their health before their health goes up in flames instead of waiting until they are sick and need of significant medical care. I want to make sure that they aren't having to decide between buying food and buying their medicine. I want to try to prevent my patients from having to use an emergency room as their primary care since they can't get into their current primary care office due to the wait for an appointment. My goal is also to try to help my patients avoid expensive hospital stays. I want to find ways to help families keep their elderly family members healthy enough and come up with solutions for them to stay at home instead of having to go to a nursing home if possible.

I also want to keep their costs down in other ways when it comes to their medical care, which is why I am offering telehealth. Telehealth lets me reduce the financial burden of getting to the doctor and overcomes the difficulty some patients have in being mobile enough to come to the doctor. Also, since this is my own medical practice, I am going to be doing home visits in a select service area of Northern Kentucky, which enables those patients to be seen in person when there is a need instead of them going to the emergency room or an urgent care. My plan is to also eventually be able to help provide some medications at much lower costs than they can get with their insurance.

Generational Care is here to take care of children, teens, young adults, adults, and the elderly. Unfortunately, I don't provide maternity care, and I am unable to provide vaccines at this time. However, I am able to coordinate these services with other providers. I am well versed in managing COPD patients, diabetics, hypertension, osteoporosis, chronic renal disease, as well as a host of other medical issues. I have managed insulin pumps, continuous glucose monitors, patients who are on supplemental oxygen at home, as well as patients who have colostomies. I believe in common sense medicine where it is my job to help my patients come up with solutions to improve their health instead of just lecturing about unrealistic expectations.
